I love the silhouette of an empire waist dress. Empire waist dresses remind me of nightgowns. They are so feminine and soft, which is a perfect tone for your wedding day. The current bridal trend is dramatic mermaid silhouettes but an empire waist gown is a way to go against the grain and still look beautiful and unique.
