Here’s a fun and fresh idea for wedding colors: black and yellow. Black can make any color pop, and look more streamlined. What I like about this wedding color scheme is that it can match with any existing interior decor. The black anchors it to be able to match with blacks, granites and greys. The yellow enables the theme to blend with earth tones like brown and gold and green. So if your venue has an interior you’re worried about matching or coexisting with, this color combo could be a great idea.
Another benefit would be that this could work for a winter or summer wedding – or any season really. The black really makes the ambiance rich, but the yellow keeps things fresh and light.
I love the damask and victorian style of the table too. The black candle holder and the yellow tea light are so classic. The whole set up is very opulent. If you’ve been envisioning luxury and old world glamour these wedding colors would be an amazing backdrop.
